Attorney Todd Stabinski to Present for the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters

Insurance companies often deny claims on allegations of fraud. While fraud does exist and insurance companies have the right to deny claims they think are fraudulent, there are also times where these allegations are bogus.

Attorney Todd Stabinski will be co-presenting at the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters' (FAPIA) 2014 Year End Conference on this very topic. Together with Robert Leverett, PA, Attorney Stabinski will acknowledge the existence of insurance fraud, but will also teach attendees how to spot trends in improper claim denials that stem from false allegations of fraud.

"Insurance fraud is a very serious problem in this country. Rightfully, our society does not tolerate it. Insurance companies know this and many use it to their benefit to deny legitimate claims. If an insurance company disagrees with the amount of your loss, they could turn around and accuse you of fraud. In this presentation, I will educate Public Adjusters to not only spot and avoid fraudulent claims but also how to avoid a situation where an insurance company can unfairly accuse you of overinflating a legitimate claim." – Todd Stabinski
