Ariel is a trial attorney who is of counsel to Stabinski & Funt, P.A.
As a seasoned personal injury lawyer, he utilizes more than two decades of legal experience to guide clients through a wide variety of serious matters, ranging from product liability to wrongful death.
Ariel’s legal career is backed by studies in a variety of fields. He completed his undergraduate education at Tulane University, graduating with honors and two degrees: a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
From Tulane, Ariel proceeded to the University of Miami School of Law and was awarded a Gold Scholarship. He again graduated with honors. Before attending law school, Ariel spent time at a major biomedical engineering firm where he pursued clinical and medical research.
This research was compiled into papers and published in medical literature, and serves as a vast resource for his approach to injury cases. Ariel’s medical background is one of his greatest assets as a personal injury lawyer. He retains an intimate understanding of injuries and can help clients gather and present strong evidence.
As an attorney, Ariel has recovered millions of dollars on his clients’ behalf. These recoveries include numerous verdicts and settlements in both State and Federal Courts. He holds membership in the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and the Federal U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
