Natalie Fernandez focuses her practice on first-party property insurance law. Ms. Fernandez obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a minor In English from the University of Miami, where she earned Dean’s List, Provost Honor Roll, and Florida Merit Scholarship. Ms. Fernandez then attended the University of Miami, School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctorate degree.
While in law school, Ms. Fernandez joined the Innocence Clinic, was Co-Founder and Vice-President of Community Relations for the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Society, and interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to practicing in the area of first- party property, Ms. Fernandez practiced Civil Insurance Defense Litigation in the areas of premises liability and personal injury.
Ms. Fernandez is licensed to practice law in Florida, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Cuban American Bar Association. Ms. Fernandez is fluent in Spanish.
On her free time, Ms. Fernandez enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
